These SMS Terms & Conditions explain how M&M Sporting Goods ("we," "our," or "us") may send text messages related to your orders and customer support. Messaging is provided through our UniFi Talk phone system. By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, you accept these terms. Our Privacy Policy also applies.

Program description

When you give us your mobile number during checkout, on a design request, or when contacting customer support, you may receive SMS messages about:

• Order confirmation and status updates
• Design request and invoice notices
• Shipping or pickup information
• Customer support replies related to your order or inquiry

We use these messages for transactional and service updates. We do not use your SMS opt-in to send third-party marketing or promotional texts.

Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and requesting order updates or support by text, you consent to receive SMS messages from M&M Sporting Goods at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies based on your order activity and support needs.
